We are seeking a dedicated HRIS System Management Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and optimization of our HR systems for Malaysia and other overseas regions. This hybrid role combines HRIS technical support with local HR operations, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with Malaysian labor regulations. The ideal candidate possesses strong system administration skills, excellent data analytics capabilities, and a solid understanding of local HR processes.
Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and user support of HR systems in Malaysia and other overseas regions; respond to and resolve system failures, data anomalies, and user inquiries in a timely manner to ensure stable system operation
Support local employees' basic HR matters, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and other core HR processes; employee inquiries; payroll calculation support and Q&A; data support
Support operational matters of the local HR team, such as employee engagement activities and training organization
Manage organizational structure setup of collaboration platforms (Lark, etc.) for the Malaysia team, account lifecycle management, role and permission configuration, and access provisioning throughout the employee onboarding-to-offboarding lifecycle
Ensure system access security and permission compliance
Participate in continuous optimization of HR systems by collecting local business requirements in Malaysia, conducting feasibility analysis, testing and validation, deployment, and user training
Drive digital process improvements to enhance local HR operational efficiency
Support other HR tasks requiring on-site support in Malaysia as assigned
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Information Management, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields
3+ years of experience in HRSSC, HRIS, HR operations, or shared service centers
Experience supporting HR systems in Southeast Asia is preferred
Familiarity with local labor regulations and social security processes is a plus
Solid understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfer, payroll calculation) and access management
Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot tables, data cleaning) with strong data processing capabilities
Experience in HR system implementation, testing, or project rollout is preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones
Clear and logical thinking with the ability to independently and quickly identify system or data anomalies
Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and sensitive to data accuracy
