Job summary

SENDLING ROBOTS SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced HR professional to develop and optimize the HR operation system across Southeast Asia, tailoring policy frameworks and standardized processes for local needs.

The role covers recruitment, payroll, budgeting and employee relations, with emphasis on compliance and cross-cultural considerations. You will work to understand business pain points and implement practical HR solutions for Malaysia and neighboring markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
• 5+ years of multi-module HR work experience, with at least 3 years in Malaysia.
• Proficiency in employment compliance systems, labor laws, taxation, and other regulations in Southeast Asia.
• Experience designing and implementing overseas employment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize HR operation systems across Southeast Asian countries with localized HR policy frameworks and standardized processes.
• Conduct recruitment activities and develop local recruitment channels to respond quickly to business needs.
• Manage local personnel administration including recruitment, transfers, payroll, training, HR budgeting, and attendance management.
• Address employee relations matters in compliance with local policies and cross-cultural considerations.
• Implement headquarters regulations and support local business development and key project implementation.

Job description

Develop and optimize the human resources (HR) operation system covering Southeast Asian countries, formulate localized HR policy frameworks and standardized processes, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, etc. Gain in-depth understanding of business operations, identify business pain points, and design and implement corresponding HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

Build and optimize HR operation systems across Southeast Asian countries with localized HR policy frameworks and standardized processes

Conduct recruitment activities and develop local recruitment channels to respond quickly to business department needs

Manage all local personnel administration including recruitment, transfers, payroll, training, HR budgeting, and attendance management

Address employee relations matters in compliance with local policies and cross-cultural considerations

Implement headquarters management regulations and support local business development and key project implementation

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields

Over 5 years of multi-module HR work experience, with at least 3 years specifically in HR roles in Malaysia

Proficiency in employment compliance systems, labor laws, taxation, and other relevant regulations in Southeast Asian countries

Experience in designing and implementing overseas employment solutions

Strong self-motivation, learning agility, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills with ability to adapt to local employment cultural differences

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay for work communication
