• Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
• Handle client feedback, emails, and inquiries; coordinate with IT to resolve issues.
• Record and document client feedback and system issues; maintain logs.
• Plan and initiate HR system projects with clients; manage timelines.
• Document system requirements and oversee data migration.
