Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an HR System Support and Project Coordinator to assist clients with HR systems and services. You will understand client needs, provide timely support, and coordinate with IT to manage HR system projects.

The role requires a university degree in IT or related fields, experience in customer support or project coordination, and a willingness to learn and adapt to client business hours. Available for on-site work with visa sponsorship and government clearance.

Qualifications

• Degrees/Field of Study required.
• Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in documenting system requirements and processes.
• Experience in data migration is a plus.
• Ability to be accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks.
• Ability to work well with others and independently when needed.
• Willing to explore and expand knowledge on an on-going basis.
• Willing to work based on the client’s business work days and office hours.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide guidance on our HR system and services.
• Handle client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately.
• Coordinate with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
• Develop and manage project timelines to align with internal and client requirements.
• Document all system requirements and specifications; oversee data migration processes.
