Job summary

PwC Malaysia seeks a dedicated HR System Support and Project Coordinator to join our Workforce team. You will help automate and optimise HR processes for clients, coordinate with IT, and deliver high-quality service throughout engagements.

The role requires a university degree in CS/IT, 4–5 years in customer support with HR systems, and strong communication, problem-solving, and data-management abilities. Flexible client-focused delivery is key.

Qualifications

• Recognized University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in a customer support role with HR systems.
• Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and services.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, desires, and challenges related to our HR systems.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
• Handle and respond to client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with both internal and client requirements.
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
