Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in documenting system requirements and processes.
• Experience in data migration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, desires and challenges related to our HR system.
• Lead post-sales client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of our HR system.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and training for clients to effectively utilize HR systems and features.
• Handle and respond to client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and resolutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with both internal and client requirements.
• Clearly document all system requirements and specifications.
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
