Job summary

PwC Malaysia’s Workforce team seeks an HR System Support and Project Coordinator to deliver exceptional service and coordinate HR system projects for clients in Kuala Lumpur. You will understand client HR needs, guide them on HR system services, and work with IT to resolve issues.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT, experience in customer support or project coordination, and strong documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with clients’ business hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
• Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in documenting system requirements and processes.
• Experience in data migration is a plus.
• Ability to work well with others and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, desires, and challenges related to our HR systems.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
• Handle and respond to client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and resolutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with internal and client requirements.
• Clearly document all system requirements and specifications.
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
