Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and provide guidance on HR systems.
• Handle client feedback, emails and inquiries professionally and promptly; coordinate with IT.
• Record and document client feedback and system issues; maintain records.
• Coordinate HR system projects with IT and clients; manage timelines and alignment.
• Document system requirements and oversee data migration with accuracy and integrity.
