D & Y Textile (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a payroll and HR support role to collect timesheets, attendance, overtime, leave balances and variable pay for production staff. You will prepare monthly compensation using the Iflexi HRM system, distribute payslips, collect signed receipts, and maintain Employment Contracts, Employee Handbook and related documents.

• Collect and verify timesheets, attendance logs, overtime, leave balances, and variable pay for production employee.
• Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software (iflexi HRM system)
• Distribute payslip and gather signed receipts.
• Preparing the Employment Contract, Employee Handbook & any related documents for newly workers.
• Responsible to handle personnel affairs (SOCSO, EPF, etc.) for all employees.
• Deals with the bank to assist newly worker for open bank account.
