Job summary

SEASON RETAIL MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks an HR & Admin Executive (Payroll & Administration) in Johor Bahru to ensure accurate monthly payroll, maintain data integrity, and comply with policies and statutory requirements.

The role covers payroll processing, deductions, benefits, tax, and reporting, plus general HR administration. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HR/payroll experience, with strong knowledge of local labour laws and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR, payroll and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws.
• Experience with payroll processing and employee benefits.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately per policy and law.
• Handle payroll data for new hires, resignations, allowances, deductions, leave, overtime, commissions.
• Calculate and process sales commissions, KPI bonuses and other incentives.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports and variance checks.
• Ensure accurate calculation of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Process salaries, bonuses, allowances and other payments on time.
• Assist with employee benefits, deductions, taxation and payroll matters.
• Submit payroll reports to HR Manager for verification and approval.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and employment legislation.
