Job summary

10ft Curtains SDN BHD is seeking an HR Assistant to support payroll processing, attendance and leave records, and maintenance of staff files in our growing furnishing group.

You will assist with onboarding, handle general HR administration and correspondence, and contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and reporting, while upholding confidentiality and professional communication with English and Bahasa Malaysia speakers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist payroll processing using PandaPay/Panda Payroll.
• Record and update staff leave and attendance.
• Maintain employee records and HR filing.
• Assist onboarding of new hires (documentation, checklist).
• Handle general HR admin tasks and correspondence.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects and reporting.
