Pro Life Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR leader to own end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and negotiations, ensuring we hire the right people at the right time. You will also manage onboarding, build clear HR policies, and oversee payroll, leave, and benefits, while handling employee relations with fairness.
The role requires 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ years in supervision, and strong knowledge of local labour law.
Recruitment & Retention: Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and screening to interviews and offer negotiation, ensuring we bring in the right talent at the right time. Build pipelines and keep good people once they are in
Manage onboarding and induction programs so new hires feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.
Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs that are clear, fair, and compliant with local labour law.
HR Reporting Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits administration. Management Analysis.
Handle employee relations matters — including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution — with fairness and discretion.
Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, training gaps, and organizational development opportunities.
Handle labour office query or case happen.
HR Reporting & Management Analysis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Solid working knowledge of local labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, etc.).
Comfortable working with HR systems and payroll software; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellence communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.
You’ve run HR in a lean, multi-site or high- growth environment.
You’re hands- on by nature but know when to zoom out and think strategically.
You’re energetic, direct and low- drama.
You’ve solid knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law and HR compliance
