Job summary

SHINING 3D is seeking a proactive HR generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with department heads, conduct engagement check-ins, manage payroll and statutory compliance under Malaysian law, and help develop training and workforce planning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and at least 3 years of HR experience, with fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR working experience.
• Preferably HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
• Experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and offer processes.
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Monitor probation reviews and employee confirmation processes.
• Partner with department heads to support HR and business needs.
• Conduct employee engagement check-ins and exit interviews.
• Support performance management and retention initiatives.
• Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
• Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
• Liaise with government agencies and resolve payroll-related matters.
• Maintain compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR policies.
• Coordinate training and learning programs.
• Participate in talent reviews, workforce planning, and HR projects.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and HR documentation.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR working experience
• Preferably candidates with HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
• Experience in payroll and statutory compliance
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
