Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, sourcing, selection and onboarding. You will support HR business partnering by providing practical HR advice on manpower, performance, development and organisational matters.
Drive employee engagement and company culture through engagement activities, internal communications and employee experience initiatives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers on manpower planning, sourcing, selection and onboarding.
Support HR Business Partnering by providing practical HR advice on manpower, performance, employee development and organisational matters.
Drive employee engagement and company culture through engagement activities, internal communications, town halls and employee experience initiatives.
Support talent development and succession planning, including career development and internal mobility initiatives.
Coordinate learning and development programmes, including training needs analysis, programme coordination and effectiveness monitoring.
Handle employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances and workplace conflicts, in line with Company policies and employment legislation.
Support HR operations and administration, including HR processes, employee records, office facilities, vendors and other HR-related projects.
Provide HR support across multiple Company sites, including site visits, employee briefings, training, audits, investigations and resolution of people-related issues.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, L&D, and HR Operations.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with department heads, business unit leaders, site/operations managersand employees at all levels.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and HR policies, with experience in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations being an advantage.
Experience in foreign worker management is an added advantage.
Proactive, hands-on, and independent, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Willing to travel to Company sites when required.
