Job summary

Anttela Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible HR Executive to manage HR functions and ISO QMS. You will handle HR operations, ISO documentation, and coordinate audits to ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and ISO standards.

The role supports recruitment, payroll coordination, document control, and employee relations within a dynamic environment in Kedah, Kulim. Relevant ISO knowledge and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM/Business/Quality or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience.
• ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act 1955.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and record-keeping.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave processes.
• Prepare employment contracts and related HR letters.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain ISO documentation and control quality records.
• Plan and coordinate internal ISO and company audits.
