Job summary

Delixin Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR cum Admin Manager to lead HR and administrative functions, ensuring Malaysian labour law compliance and efficient operations. The role covers payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and documentation aligned with ISO systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, at least five years in HR/admin, and supervisory experience, with Mandarin proficiency preferred to coordinate with Chinese-speaking management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR and administration; manufacturing preferred.
• At least 2 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour laws & statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001 and IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and foreign worker management.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and statutory contributions.
• Coordinate HR policies, employee handbook and records.
• Manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 documentation.
• Prepare management reports and advise on workforce planning.
