Job summary

Gard Inc Sdn Bhd is a Bandar Sungai Long-based provider of HVLS fans and ventilation solutions. We seek a proactive Human Resource Executive for full-time work to drive recruitment, onboarding and ISO HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR or recruitment, strong communication, and knowledge of Malaysian employment laws. You will maintain training records, support ISO audits and help develop a high-performance HR function.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in-house or agency.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and vacancy management.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Handle job postings, advertising and candidate databases for talent acquisition.
• Prepare interview feedback reports and assist in onboarding.
• Support employee relations, performance management and development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and ISO-related documentation and compliance.
