Job summary

KMWE Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR trainee/associate to support HR activities in a manufacturing environment in Penang, Bayan Lepas. You will assist with employer branding, employee engagement, and maintaining employee documentation in compliance with ISO standards.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR Management or related fields, good team play, and strong communication. Basic MS Office skills are expected, with a detail-oriented, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Mass Communication or similar field.
• Able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and good time management.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support employer branding activities to strengthen the company's image and attract potential candidates.
• Assist in employee engagement activities.
• Maintain proper filling of employees documents in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and AS 9100 D.
