SC FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking an HR Administrator in Sungai Buloh, Malaysia. You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, manage payroll, recruitment, and maintain staff records.

Responsibilities include processing claims, issuing letters, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and housing standards. The role entails handling foreign workers, arranging medical checks, and managing staff accommodations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Admin, or related field.
• Proficient in BM and English written and spoken.
• 2–3 years HR experience in a payroll and recruitment role.
• Experience handling foreign workers and Immigration processes.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
• Issue offer letters and memos to employees.
• Verify staff claims and input into the accounting system.
• Maintain records: leaves, attendance, and training.
• Handle full spectrum of payroll processing.
• Coordinate recruitment for local and foreign staff, including interviews.
• Manage employee records and files.
• Arrange FOMEMA medical checks for foreign staff renewal.
• Arrange typhoid vaccines upon expiry.
• Oversee staff accommodation and tenancy compliance.
• Coordinate staff training with external providers.
• Support HRDF documentation and grant submissions.
• Plan yearly training programs and monitor progress.
• Assist with audits by LHDN, Immigration, JTK, MITI, KKM.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by management.
