Qualifikationen

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters confidentially.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate HR records and files.

Aufgaben

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination and job offers
• Work closely with Heads of Department to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor vacancies to ensure positions are filled within the required timeline
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation and documentation
• Prepare employment-related documents, including Letter of Offer, confirmation, transfer, promotion and other HR letters
• Monitor and manage employees' attendance, lateness, absenteeism, overtime and leave records
• Verify monthly attendance and payroll information before submission or payroll processing
• Assist in handling employee grievances, misconduct and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially
• Coordinate probation and employee performance evaluations with respective HODs
• Any ad hoc task as assigned by Superior
