Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Handle employee claims, reimbursements, and benefits administration
• Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and HR databases
• Prepare employment-related documents (offer/confirmation/transfer letters) and onboarding/offboarding support
• Ensure HR processes comply with the Malaysian Employment Act and company policies
• Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement activities, and administrative duties
