Job summary

ARIZ CAPITAL SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Executive to support compensation, benefits, recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

You will help organize performance reviews, maintain records, and promote HR programs to foster an efficient, compliant workplace. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration and at least two years of HR Generalist experience, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in leaves and compensation, resolve issues
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Gather and analyze data with HR metrics (time to hire, turnover)
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files in electronic and paper form
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues, applying new perks, organizing team building
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
