Job summary

Talent Recruit seeks an HR cum Admin Executive to join our client’s Sungai Buloh corporate office. Based in Sungai Buloh, you will own HR processes and admin tasks to support multiple retail outlets.

You will manage full recruitment cycles, payroll, HR records, attendance, and leave while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws. You’ll also handle licenses, procurement, and general admin per Finance Manager guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle for retail outlets including posting ads, screening candidates and interviews.
• Take charge of payroll calculation and preparation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain HR admin files, track attendance and leave, align with HR policies and labour law.
• Prepare recruitment, retention and attendance metrics for organisational growth.
• Administrative support: track licences, permits, insurance renewals; procure office supplies.
• Monitor records of items issued to outlet staff and support Finance Manager with admin tasks.
