Job summary

Hirehub Group in Malaysia seeks an HR professional to oversee payroll administration, recruitment and onboarding, training coordination, and comprehensive HR administration at our Ulu Tiram site.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, a diploma or bachelor’s in HRM/Business Admin, strong Excel skills, and solid knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and independence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on payroll processing and recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime and payroll records.
• Coordinate payroll-related matters with relevant department.
• Ensure statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) processed on time.
• Handle payroll queries from employees.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, screenings, interviews, offers.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Conduct onboarding activities.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Maintain training records and schedules.
• Assist in identifying training needs and annual plans.
• Support HRDF/HRD Corp documentation and claims.
