Job summary

Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Executive to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth administration of employee records.

You will manage recruitment campaigns, lead onboarding, foster a positive culture, and coordinate payroll using HR2000, while maintaining SOPs and training programs. This role suits a proactive HR professional with 1–2 years' experience and a degree in HR or business administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR management experience or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and maintain HR documentation such as SOPs and training materials.
• Ability to foster a positive work culture and support employee development.

Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth administration of HR processes and employee records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment channels and platforms to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies
• Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and training necessary for a smooth transition into the company
• Foster a positive company culture that promotes employee engagement, inclusivity, and collaboration
• Develop and maintain SOPs for HR processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Organize and implement training programs that support employee development, improve skill sets, and ensure compliance with company goals
• Oversee and process employee payroll using HR2000 software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, tax withholdings, and deductions
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and benefits enrollment, ensuring alignment with company policies and employee satisfaction
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, providing support and addressing concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner

About you

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 1-2 years of experience in HR management or a related role

Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll systems, compensation, and benefits management

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to create and maintain HR documentation, such as SOPs and training materials

Ability to foster a positive work culture and support employee development
