Job summary

Eden Cube Marketing Group (Asia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on HR & Recruitment Executive to drive recruitment from job ads to closing candidates, alongside core HR admin duties. You will post roles, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, prepare contracts, and manage onboarding documents.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in recruitment or HR admin, is highly organized, and can handle multiple hires with discretion around salary information.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in recruitment or HR admin (fresh grads with potential considered).
• Highly organized, self-driven and able to juggle multiple hires at once.
• Good phone and interview manner; discreet with confidential information.

We're a growing company looking for a hands-on HR & Recruitment Executive to help us hire the right people at the right time. This is a great role for someone who wants full exposure to the recruitment cycle from writing job ads to closing candidates plus core HR admin work.

Day-to-Day Includes:

Posting jobs and managing applications across platforms

Calling candidates and setting up interviews

Sitting in on/conducting interviews with hiring managers

Preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents

Handling salary data entry and compensation paperwork

Keeping HR files and systems organized

Ideal Candidate:

1+ years in recruitment or HR admin (fresh grads with strong potential also considered)

Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple hires at once

Good phone and interview manner

Discreet with confidential salary/employee information
