Job summary

KKV SUPPLY CHAIN SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Specialist to support recruitment across regions, oversee HRIS operations, payroll processing, and employee relations. The role requires 3–5 years of generalist HR experience with a focus on retail recruitment, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

The successful candidate will liaise with vendors, manage employment data, and ensure compliance across processes, contributing to smooth workforce operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; fluent in Malay & English, Mandarin is a plus.
• 3–5 years generalist HR; retail recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication, goal‑oriented, resilient, team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment targets across regions.
• Analyze recruitment metrics monthly/quarterly/annual.
• Manage recruitment channels such as Jobstreet/A jobthing/FastJob/Indeed/Social Media...
• Vendor contracts & fee coordination with SSC.
• HRIS operations: e-contract, stamp duty, employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HRIS data, headcount, employee files.
• Prepare weekly attendance reports and follow up on anomalies.
• System approvals and information updates: confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination.

2. HR Systems & Data

HRIS operations: e-contract, stamp duty, employee lifecycle

Maintain HRIS data, headcount, employee files

Weekly attendance report & anomaly follow-up

System approvals and information update: confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination.

3. Payroll & Statutory

Process monthly retail payroll accurately and on time

EA Form, C.P.8D, E Forms filing

4. ER, Compliance & Training

Employee enquiries, mediation, grievance handling

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above; fluent in Malay & English, Mandarin is a plus;

2. 3-5 years generalist HR; retail recruitment preferred;
