Job summary

BUMIRIA DINAMIK SDN. BHD. is seeking an Executive Level Human Resources professional to maintain employee records, manage payroll, and develop HR policies in line with legal regulations.

The role requires a Diploma in HR/Business Admin and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong English and Malay communication. Mandarin is a plus; own transport is preferred. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies, Admin, Management, HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR database.
• Handle monthly payroll including salaries, claims, and foreign workers payouts.
• Oversee submission of statutory requirements and compliance filings.

Job description

This is an Executive Level Human Resources position responsible for maintaining employee records, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and developing HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

Maintain employee records and HR database

Handle monthly payroll salary, claims and foreign workers payout

Oversee and manage the timely submission of statutory requirements and compliance filings

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations

Manage employee performance appraisals and support professional development

About you

Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field

Proficiency and good in English and Malay communication skills; good in Mandarin would be an advantage

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

HR expertise and deep understanding of immigration laws and processes

Must possess own transport

Can start work immediately or within 30 days

Working hrs : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.30pm)
