Job summary

3E Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR and administrative tasks in Malaysia. You will handle employee records, assist in recruitment and onboarding, and help implement HR policies aligned with company goals.

The role also covers payroll assistance, attendance, leave management and foreign worker matters, ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience in payroll and attendance systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, responsibly and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Candidates with experience handling foreign workers and government-related HR matters are encouraged to apply.
