Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring an HR Executive – Performance Management to support our performance appraisal processes, HR policies and employee relations across the company. You will work with department heads to set KPIs and monitor performance objectives.

A diploma or degree in HR/Business Administration/Management is required, with 3–5 years in HR. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/Business Admin/Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with performance management.
• Good understanding of HR practices and performance management processes.
• Experience handling disciplinary matters and HR documentation is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the company's performance management and appraisal process.
• Work with department heads to establish and monitor KPIs and objectives.
• Track performance review schedules; ensure timely evaluations.
• Assist managers in addressing performance gaps and development needs.
• Support the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Maintain documentation of performance reviews, discussions and plans.
• Provide HR guidance on performance management to managers.
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and relations.
• Coordinate and prepare disciplinary letters and related HR documents.
