Chicago Chicken City SDN BHD is seeking a senior HR professional in Malaysia to lead and manage all HR functions across outlets. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, policy development, and ensuring legal compliance.

You will drive high performance through a robust appraisal system, support organization planning, and foster a culture-building environment. Strong HRIS analytics and cross‑functional collaboration with management are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably from F&B, retail, or multi-outlet environment.
• Capable in recruitment, HR operations, and employee management.
• Strong communication skills in Chinese, English, and Melayu.

Responsibilities
