Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes from strategy to implementation.
• Support performance management, goal setting, reviews and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop and implement training programs and PIPs for underperforming staff.
• Design and manage recognition and rewards programs to align with company goals.
• Lead succession planning and identify high-potential staff for leadership roles.
• Foster employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; prepare HR reports and audits.
• Assist during internal and external audits and maintain SOP documentation.
• Handle special HR projects and ad-hoc duties as required by management.
