Job summary

BizLink Group in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to oversee end-to-end HR and administration, drive talent management, policy development, regulatory compliance, employee relations, and audit readiness to support growth.

The role covers payroll, 6S, vendor management, and welfare activities; you will lead performance management, succession planning, and ensure adherence to Labour Laws and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR/people management
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management or equivalent
• Strong HR Generalist background with knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relations Act
• Experience with payroll and Flex HRMS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a full spectrum of HR functions (Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll Processing, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Employee Relation, Industrial Relation, Foreign Worker Management, Admin)
• Suggest, review and develop HR policies and procedures
• Lead performance management, identify high performers and develop succession and retention programs
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance
• Evaluate orientation and new join training programs
• Improve work relationships and culture to boost productivity and retention
• Manage audit requirements (RBA, ISO14001, ISO45001)
• Oversee daily Admin tasks including vendor management and contract management
