Job summary

Target Fashion Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support the company’s growth by delivering a broad range of HR services to employees across the organization.

The role covers onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, payroll assistance, and engagement initiatives, all aimed at fostering a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR role (3–5 years).
• Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve workplace conflicts and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Administer onboarding, training and performance management processes.
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration and compliance.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to employees at all levels.
