Job summary

Rikruut in Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive to join the team and manage payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation. You will ensure statutory compliance and support onboarding/offboarding processes.

The role also covers maintaining HRIS data, supporting training, performance management, and other HR initiatives as needed. This is a permanent, on-site position in Subang Jaya with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience.
• Experience in foreign worker management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll and compensation & benefits administration.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, and staff welfare.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage employment contracts, HR documentation, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Support training, performance management and other HR initiatives.
• Handle other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
