Job summary

The Ritz Clinic is expanding into Kuala Lumpur and seeks an HR Executive to own payroll, recruitment, and benefits administration. You will manage the full payroll cycle, statutory contributions, and respond to payroll queries while supporting HR administration across the clinic network.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding and staff benefits; assist with training programs, staff events and engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 1–3 years HR or administrative support; recruitment/benefits exposure preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong data confidentiality.
• Experience with INFOTECH payroll system is required.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing monthly, including overtime and deductions.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Administer staff compensation, benefits, insurance, leave and entitlements.
• Coordinate training programmes and staff events; track attendance.
