Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking an HR Operations Generalist in Kuala Lumpur to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and to coordinate payroll-related activities.

The role requires 4–6 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and Labour Law, and hands-on payroll and insurance administration, with excellent organization and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 4–6 years of HR Operations/Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and Labour Law.
• Hands-on payroll processing and employee insurance administration.
• Experience handling onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and letters.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and Excel trackers.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and PIP processes.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave, and salary adjustments.
• Administer employee insurance policies and liaise with payroll vendors.
