Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining candidate databases.
Support the preparation of offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
2. HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare and maintain HR documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, probation-related documents, and other HR correspondence.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with employee document collection and filing.
Support HR-related administrative tasks and daily operations.
3. Employee Support
Serve as an initial point of contact for employees regarding basic HR-related enquiries.
Assist in communicating HR policies, procedures, and company announcements to employees.
Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.
4. Payroll & Benefits Support
Assist in preparing payroll-related information, including attendance, leave, allowances, and other employee information.
Support the administration of employee benefits and reimbursements.
Assist with maintaining accurate records relating to employee compensation and benefits.
5. HR Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR records.
Assist in preparing HR reports, including recruitment progress, headcount, and employee information.
Support the updating of HR policies, SOPs, and internal HR documents when required.
6. Other Duties
Assist with ad hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities related to the position as assigned by the Company, based on business and operational requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
