Jora Malaysia is seeking a Junior HR & Admin Executive (Fresh Graduate) to support the full recruitment cycle, onboarding and HR administration in our Kuala Lumpur office. You will coordinate interviews, maintain employee records and assist with campus recruitment activities.
The role suits a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus. This position offers exposure to a range of HR duties and organizational events.

Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
Assist in participating in university career fairs, campus recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.
Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers and candidates.
Support onboarding activities for new hires, including document collection and orientation arrangements.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Prepare employment letters, HR documents, and other administrative correspondence.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when required.
Assist in organizing company training, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative inquiries.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the HR & Administration Department.
Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates.
