Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting internal talents following the personnel process.
• Assist supervisor to set recruitment goals and implement recruitment plans.
• Publish job requirements, open recruitment channels, and promote company image.
• Screen and shortlist resumes according to job descriptions and liaise with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Support employee relations, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Guide managers in conducting performance evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.
• Analyze workforce trends to develop actionable HR strategies and improve engagement.

HR Recruitment Executive (Fresh Grads Welcomed!)

1. Responsible for the recruitment of internal talents according to the personnel process;

2. According to the existing establishment and business development needs, assist the superior to determine the recruitment goals, summarize the number of job requirements and the number of personnel requirements, formulate and implement the recruitment plan;

3. Publish job demand information, open up recruitment channels, and do a good job in company image promotion;

4. Screen, search and recommend resumes according to the job description and communicate the intentions of candidates;

5. Responsible for following up the recruitment process such as interview arrangements and interview feedback;

6. Provide comprehensive support in employee relations, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution;

7. Assist with managing key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance evaluation, and offboarding, to ensure a positive employee experience.

8. Foster a high-performance culture through guiding manager in coducting performance evaluation;

9. Analyze workforce trends to develop actionable strategies that can improve HR effectiveness and employee engagement

Job requirements:

1. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and English, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

2. Candidates with recruitment experience are preferred；
