We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized Junior HR & Admin Executive to support the company’s human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records, payroll and salary administration, employee support, office administration, documentation, and daily operational maters.
This role is ideal for an individual who is looking to develop a career in both Human Resources and Administration while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced working environment.
Assist in the recruitment process, including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Assist with salary calculations, payroll preparation, and related HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Assist in handling employee inquiries relating to payroll, leave, benefits, and other HR maters.
Support employee relations activities and assist in addressing employee concerns appropriately.
Prepare HR-related letters, memos, notices, and other official correspondence.
Assist with HR documentation, compliance, and statutory-related maters.
Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of employee and HR documents.
Support HR projects, initiatives, and other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, schedules, and related arrangements.
Prepare administrative letters, memos, reports, and other documents as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls professionally.
Assist other departments with administrative requirements when necessary.
Ensure proper upkeep of the office environment, equipment, and administrative resources.
Monitor and maintain proper organization of company documents and records.
Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
Basic understanding of HR principles, payroll processes, employee administration, and general office procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling payroll and employee records.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with employees at different levels.
Able to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience or internship in HR and/or administration will be an added advantage.
