Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support of the Malaysia office, covering employee administration, office management, procurement, corporate documentations and company activities.
Manage employee administration, including onboarding, transfer and offboarding employee information updates, employee welfare, system access and onboarding logistics.
Manage and maintain corporate documents, licenses, certificates, lease agreements and service contracts ensuring proper records and timely renewals.
Manage day-to-day office administration and workplace operations, including office facilities, fixed assets, office supplies and workplace services, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
Manage routine administrative procurement, including sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase coordination and vendor follow-up.
Liaise with vendors, service providers and building management on administrative and operational matters.
Organize company events, team-building activities and corporate culture initiatives.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to HR, Finance and business teams as required.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in office administration, HR administration or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Immediate availability or ability to start at short notice is preferred.
Proactive, organized and responsible, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with different stakeholders.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills, with service-oriented and collaborative attitude.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
