Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. The role requires strong knowledge of statutory requirements and precise record-keeping across HR systems.

Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training, and employee relations.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems, attendance, leave management platforms, and other employee-related databases.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Prepare employment contracts, service agreements, and other HR-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies, including the timely submission of stamp duty for signed agreements.
Process monthly payroll and payroll journals and support payroll budgeting activities.
Manage employee welfare initiatives, including the administration of employee gifts and recognition programmes.
Manage employee training and development initiatives, including HRD Corp grant applications, training administration, and liaison with external training providers.
Liaise with recruitment agencies, service providers, and other external stakeholders on HR-related matters.
Coordinate with the IT team to ensure employee equipment and system access are properly managed during onboarding and offboarding.
Review and verify employee salary and benefits information to support annual tax reporting requirements.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters where appropriate.
Participate in HR and administrative improvement initiatives and projects as assigned.
Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Diploma / Degree in Business & Human Resource or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resource
Possess in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements (Eg. Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SKBBK, LHDN, HRDC, Income Tax Regulations);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, analytical, and organized
Able to commence on short notice will be an added advantage.
