We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our growing HR team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a key part in managing payroll operations, recruitment coordination, and training administration, ensuring seamless HR delivery and compliance. End-to-end payroll processing, including time & attendance tracking, leave records, and payroll computation.
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and timely submission of payroll reports.
Prepare weekly working hours and headcount reports for management review.
Conduct regular payroll audits, analyze data, and resolve discrepancies or trends proactively.
Maintain payroll system accuracy and collaborate with IT for system updates and troubleshooting.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for workers, general staff, and officers—from requisition to offer.
Prepare employment contracts, update staff personal files, and maintain accurate HR records.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Arrange and coordinate training programs, maintain training records, and track employee participation.
Manage HRDF claims and ensure compliance with training levy requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to payroll, recruitment, and training.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills will be an advantage.
Familiarity with payroll systems or HRIS platforms is a plus.
Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory compliance requirements.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (written and spoken).
Highly conscientious, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
