Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an organized HR Executive to support a variety of HR functions, from recruitment and day-to-day operations to employee engagement and development. The role offers exposure across HR disciplines and opportunities to take ownership of projects.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment, oversee payroll coordination, and help implement HR policies while collaborating with multiple teams.

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and support a variety of HR functions, from recruitment and day-to-day HR operations to employee engagement and development.

Manage and support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including employee records, attendance, leave, confirmation, onboarding and offboarding.
Support monthly payroll preparation and administration of statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other relevant submissions.
Prepare and maintain HR-related letters, documentation, reports and employee records.
Coordinate training and development activities, including HRD Corp administration and training records.
Support performance management, employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
Attend to employee HR-related matters and work closely with different departments to provide HR support.
Support the implementation of HR policies, processes and other HR projects or duties as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Preferably 2–3 years of relevant HR experience; candidates with strong HR operational experience are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of general HR operations and Malaysian employment practices.
Experience in recruitment, HR administration and payroll coordination will be an advantage.
Familiarity with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRD Corp processes is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with different teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and Company information.
