GT-MAX PLASTIC INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Executive to support daily HR operations in Malaysia. You will handle documentation, payroll data, attendance, and payroll preparation while coordinating meetings, training, and surveys.

A diploma or degree in related fields is preferred and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and ideally

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related studies.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Assist with daily operation of the HR functions and duties.
• Process documentation and prepare report relating to personnel activities.
• Coordinate and support on HR tasks (meeting, training, surveys).
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (leaves, absences).
• Verify attendance, hours worked, leave record for staff.
• Maintaining the company's insurance policies and medical claim.
• Handling of administrative request and queries from office staff.
