Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and HR information systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding.
• Make payroll and manage KWSP (EPF) and related payroll activities.
• Administer and maintain employee records, HR systems and processes.
• Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs and initiatives.
