• Check and reconcile payroll system attendance with clock‑in/clock‑out data.
• Update and maintain employee attendance records.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate data.
• Issue warning letters and handle disciplinary documentation.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
• Control distribution of stationery and company T‑shirts.
• Assist employees with bank account issues or lost debit cards.
