Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in HR, operations, or client coordination roles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact person for client HR teams on foreign worker hostel matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accommodation issues.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the CLQ and timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with client companies.
• Prepare reports and updates for management and clients.
