Job summary

Vitaltechnical is seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive (Operations) to support day-to-day HR functions including foreign worker management, employee relations, recruitment, and training administration on-site.

You will conduct hostel inspections, manage facility maintenance, handle after-hours emergencies for foreign workers, assist with payroll verifications, and drive onboarding, development, and engagement initiatives across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in HR or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years hands-on foreign worker management (quota logistics, FOMEMA checkups, permit renewals, repatriation).
• Experience with hostel operations and government agency liaison (JTKSM, Immigration, KDN, local councils).
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to HR operations: foreign worker management, employee relations and disciplinary management, recruitment, training administration, audits.
• Conduct regular on-site hostel inspections and manage facility maintenance.
• Manage after-hours ground emergencies involving foreign worker welfare, medical transport, or hostel issues, with prompt reporting.
• Audit and verify overtime records, allowances, and attendance before payroll processing.
• Assist with show-cause documentation and enforce statutory guidelines across the floor.
• Collaborate to implement employee lifecycle initiatives including onboarding, development and engagement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement action plans with stakeholders.
• Ensure HR policies, processes, services and initiatives align with company requirements.
